## The brief

Checking a developer file often means opening an editor, extracting an archive, or switching tools for a quick answer. Finder already has a familiar preview gesture; it just needs to understand more of the files people work with.

## Our response

We extended Quick Look with native previews for source code, structured data, Markdown, databases, and archives. The app stays small, the previews work inside Finder, and file inspection happens locally without accounts or network services.

## The outcome

A quiet utility that makes everyday file inspection part of the Mac's existing workflow: select a supported file, press Space, and see what is inside without opening another app.
